Chef Newman, a resident of Bardstown KY, has cooked professionally for over 20 years and has resettled in Kentucky to prepare and celebrate the amazing products this part of the country can offer. He and his wife own and operate the Harrison Smith House and work to provide the best food, drink and hospitality on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

Prices start at $150/person Sunday-Wednesday and $200/person Thursday-Saturday. The food and beverage minimum is $1000/Sun-Wed and $1250/Thu-Sat (prior to tax and service charge). The Samuels House charges a $125 booking fee for all dinners hosted onsite. Once booked, the chef will contact you for planning and payment of the dinner. Requires 7-days advanced notice.
