VIP Daytime Experience at Star Hill Farm

For our VIP Daytime Experience, the journey begins at Star Hill Farm - home of Maker's Mark Distillery.

Your distillery tour will start by exploring the Innovation Garden with coffee and light brunch bites, and a garden-fresh mocktail overlooking the Distillery grounds. From there, you'll head off on foot to explore the wonder of nature with one of our dedicated bourbon specialists. Along the several mile hike (approximately 4 miles), you will get to see and learn about our environmental initiatives, including the apiary - and the bees that pollinate on the wildflowers around the farm, our Wagyu cattle grazing on the hillside, our Limestone-filtered lake, and the Oak repository. We will duck into one of our older warehouses to thieve some cask strength Maker's Mark directly from the barrel, which will come in handy later as we toast under the canopy of the oldest Oak tree on our property. After you've worked up an appetite, lunch awaits at Star Hill Provisions, where chef will prepare a two-course lunch with paired cocktails, featuring many ingredients grown and harvested on the property. Once you are finished, you'll get a VIP tour of the Maker's Mark Distillery, featuring a progressive tasting throughout the grounds. Now that you've learned all about how we make out bourbon, we will teach you how to mix it up in some seasonal cocktails during an intimate cocktails workshop. Each person will take home a cocktail book so that you can put your freshly-found bartending skills to use. Your day concludes with some time in our gift shop where you can even hand-dip a bottle in our signature red wax.

This experience is priced for up to 6 guests (an additional charge of $80/person for a 7th or 8th guest). Much of this experience takes place outside and requires the ability to walk several miles with incline. Please dress for the local weather and wear sensible walking shoes. If any members of your group are under 21 years of age, please let us know. Additionally, if there are any dietary restrictions in your party, please make us aware at the time of booking.

Only overnight guests can book this package.  Lodging is not included in the package price.
